3nts Marrakech, 2nts Atlas Mountains & 9nts Essaouira

Day 1 - 3: London, Marrakech

On your first day, a private driver will pick you up from Marrakech airport and take you to your hotel in the heart of the vibrant city of Marrakech, where you will have 2 nights to head into Marrakesh’s maze of covered market streets, an entire day can be dedicated to wandering around all the different souks, seeking out the best bargains. The city also offers several historical and architectural sites as well as some interesting museums.

Three nights in one of our handpicked Riad’s right in the heart of the city.

Day 4 - 5: Trekking in Atlas Mountains

After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Atlas Mountains for your stay at the Kasbah Mountain Retreat. During this 2 hour trip, you’ll already see the magnificent mountain scenery and you could stop to admire the view, with stops on the way to take pictures.

Living in this typical Berber village far from the stress of the urban life will make your trekking so much more authentic.   Two nights at the Kasbah Mountain Retreat Full Board   There is a wide range of trekking possibilities, from a short ramble through the villages that surround the Kasbah, to more demanding multi-day treks. Mule support can be arranged for bags and people, which opens up more opportunities. The mule trails around the valleys are well contoured and kept in excellent condition.

Day 6 - 14: Atlas Mountains, Essaouira

Today you will then be driven to your next accommodation in Essaouira.

Wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Atlas Resort & Spa. Afterwards you could opt to take a taxi into the traditional Moroccan medina and port.   You may wish to head down to the centre and get on the water - Kitesurfing or Windsurfing. Essaouira offers a great variety of conditions, and overall is a really good introduction to waves. Our centre in Essaouira also offers surfing and SUP'ing. After a long day on the water you could head back into the medina for some mouth-watering just off the boat seafood.   There is so much to do in Essaouira, if you fancy something different you could go mountain biking, horse riding or quad biking. The routes are stunning, and it is definitely something you should do whilst in Morocco.   Accommodation:  5* Atlas Resort & Spa

Day 14: Return to the UK

On your last day in Essaouira you will be picked up and taken to the airport for your onwards flight to the UK.
