Day 1: Arrival into Sri Lanka
After your arrival in Sri Lanka you will be met and greeted by your personal chauffer/guide at the airport. You will be taken straight to your hotel to relax after the long flight.
Overnight at the Jetwing Beach, Negombo.
Day 2: Kitulgala
After breakfast depart to Kitulgala. Here you will visit the Pinnewella elephant orphanage, a fantastic experience where you watch the elephants take their daily bath in the river, you may even get the opportunity to ride one, or feed a baby.
In the afternoon a white water rafting trip in Kitulgala is the plan – Rapids are grade 2 to 3.

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya
Depart after breakfast to Nuwara Eliya. On the way we will visit a working tea factory. In the afternoon we explore the town of little England as they call Nuwara Eliya, taking in the breathtaking scenery. Nuwara Eliya is a mountain station at 1,868 m (6,128 ft) of altitude, in a splendid landscape.

Day 4: Kandy
Today we will depart after breakfast to Nanu Oya railway station to board the train to Peradeniya. The train ride will take us through some of Sri Lanka’s most stunning scenery and will take around 3 hours. (The train journey only runs on certain dates, if the train is unavailable – we will provide road transport)
You will be met at the Peradeniya railway station, where you we will see an evening visit cultural show and visit the famous temple of the tooth relic in Kandy, the temple is believed to house the left upper canine tooth of the Lord Buddha himself. This precious relic attracts white-clad pilgrims, bearing lotus blossoms and frangipani, every day.

Day 5: Dambulla
Depart after breakfast to Dambulla. On the way we will visit the spice gardens where you will have the chance to learn about spices of Sri Lanka. In the afternoon climb of Sigiriya rock fortress. The fortress contains the ruins of an ancient palace complex, built during the reign of King Kasyapa (477AD - 495 AD). It is one of the 7 world heritage sites in Sri Lanka and is one of the countries most popular tourist destinations.
Overnight at Heritance Kandalama, Dambulla
Day 6: Dambulla
Depart after breakfast to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa where we will take a tour of the ancient city. Afternoon safari of Minneriya national park home to Sri Lanka’s favourites such as the sambar deer, leopards and elephants.

Day 7: Kalpitiya
Depart after breakfast to Kalpitiya, the best Kitesurfing spot in Sri Lanka, which is one of the windiest places in the world. Take some time to chill out on the beach and relax before the fun really starts…
Overnight at the Dolphin Beach Resort, Kalpitiya
Day 8 - 13: Kalpitiya
Spend the next 7 days at your leisure, Kitesurfing or just relaxing on the beach. Our Kite centre is right by your resort, an area suitable for all levels as there is a range of conditions from a huge lagoon nearby for a beginner to waves on the open water for the more advanced.
Day 14: Airport
On your last day you will be taken to the airport ready for your flight back to the UK.
