Tshukudu Bush Lodge

Nestled against the side of a hill surrounded by the mountains of the Pilanesberg National Park overlooking a waterhole and savannah plane, lies Tshukudu, one of Africa’s most romantic bush lodges. Game traverse the plane below and Big Five sightings are the norm rather than the exception.

The Pilanesberg National Park is home to a brimming diversity of wildlife. Almost all of Southern Africa’s big game featured around the unique geological formation called the Pilanesberg Alkaline Ring Complex.

Pilanesberg safaris are unique as they explore the transition zone of the Kalahari with the Lowveld creating unique overlaps in animal species and vegetation. Pilanesberg safari packages range from game drives to exclusive experiences such as balloon safaris over the unique geology in the pristine wilderness of Pilanesberg National Park.

The six free standing luxury chalets of Tshukudu lodge are individually decorated with a love of detail. Leather sofas and crystal chandeliers provide an elaborate feel while a double bed and a sunken bath tub guarantee comfort and relaxation.

Extensions and improvements to Tshukudu Bush Lodge during 2015 has seen the addition of 4 new Luxury Suites, taking the total number of suites and chalets up to 10. The lodge can now accommodate a total of 20 people in luxury and total comfort. Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted at the lodge. The new suites include crystal chandeliers and a rock craft fireplace in each chalet. Also included is a new private plunge pool on the secluded deck overlooking the stunning surrounding plains.
