Lagos is a picturesque coastal town located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, in the south of Portugal and it is here where you will find Villa Gale. Lagos has not been overdeveloped and still retains some of its original character. The Vila Gale Lagos is located right on the Lagos seafront, approximately one hour away from the Faro International Airport. This stunning four-star property is located within easy reach of the Meia Praia beach and the kitesurf lagoon. The clear blue lagoon is the best beginner and improver kite spot in the Algarve, with perfectly flat and shallow water, absolutely ideal for teaching. Many kite schools bring students here, though our partner kite centre is the only one licensed to do so. Only kitesurfers are allowed on the lagoon, ensuring minimal water traffic. After the initial land lessons flying a kite, students are often brought to Meia Praia beach – a 2km long sandy beach with no rocks or waves.
Lagos Avenida Hotel
