Villa Aria is a beautiful holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends who want a relaxing, stylish stay with private space, a pool, and direct access to one of Brazil’s most beautiful coastal areas. This spacious villa is about 350 square metres in size and sits only 100 metres from the sandy beach and close to the Jericoacoara National Park. It’s surrounded by nature, making it peaceful and private, while still being near the main beach area where you can enjoy kitesurfing and long walks by the sea.

The villa has four large bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms also have outdoor showers, so you can enjoy the warm tropical air while washing off the day. The house is perfect for up to eight guests, and there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be used for one or two extra people if needed.

Inside, the living space is designed for comfort and socialising. There’s a cosy lounge with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Large doors open out onto a wide terrace that overlooks a lush garden and a private swimming pool that is 20 metres long. It’s a great place to relax in the sun or cool off after a day on the beach. Sun loungers are available by the pool.

The villa offers good modern facilities. There is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning in every room, and private on-site parking. It is a non-smoking property. A fresh breakfast can be arranged each morning, and you also have access to spa services and a beachfront restaurant at the nearby Preabeach Boutique Hotel.

Villa Aria is in a great location. A three-minute walk brings you to the main beach, which is especially popular with kitesurfers. Local attractions like Pedra Furada and Duna do Pôr do Sol, both famous for their natural beauty and sunset views, are only a short drive away.

The villa is family-friendly and welcomes children of all ages. Cots and extra beds can be arranged in advance. However, pets are not allowed and parties or events such as stag or hen nights are not permitted.
