Las Hotel Boutique Near Iguazu Falls

LAS Hotel Boutique is best suited to couples, singles and quiet-minded travellers who want a small, adults-only retreat in nature after visiting Iguazu Falls. The feel is “silent luxury”: private bungalows set in lush greenery, an infinity-edge pool, strong food and wine, and a spa designed for proper downtime rather than a big-resort buzz. It is in the Cataratas area of Foz do Iguaçu, close to Iguazu National Park, and the whole concept is built around privacy, calm and a slower pace (no day use and no children).
Accommodation is bungalow-led rather than a conventional hotel block. There are no villas or penthouses listed, and the property positioning is explicitly adults-only.

Facilities and services lean heavily into wellness, food and atmosphere rather than breadth. There is an outdoor infinity-edge pool as a focal point of the property, plus a spa area with a heated indoor pool, hydromassage jets and a steam sauna. Spa treatments are offered, and the spa is designed to feel calm and immersive rather than clinical.

Dining is a major strength and is more ambitious than many small hotels in this area. Restaurante Dona Lu is positioned as the main restaurant with a sophisticated, heritage feel; breakfast is described as a multi-step tasting-menu style service, and evenings shift into a more romantic fine-dining format with regional influences from the tri-border area and broader Brazilian flavours, using ingredients from the property and local producers.

The LAS Wine Bar is the social hub, with classic and signature drinks, a lunch offering, and live piano on some special evenings; it has indoor and outdoor fireplaces and two outdoor decks integrated into the vegetation. Adega Dom Volpato is the on-site wine cellar and a private space for dinners and meetings, with capacity stated for up to 26 people. Espaço Tatakua is a more informal, experience-led food setting focused on grill and wood-fired cooking, also used for private celebrations.

For fitness, there is a small gym space located next to the spa and the infinity pool, equipped with high-tech treadmills and bikes and looking out towards the orchard. This is good for maintaining routine, but it is not a full-scale health club with lots of machines or heavy free weights.

Nature is not just “a view” here; it is part of the guest experience. The hotel describes sensory trails through the grounds, with opportunities to spot birds and butterflies from the surrounding forest environment, and an orchard where herbs and fruit can be picked during walks. This suits guests who like gentle wandering and quiet moments between excursions.

Bangalô Luxo (about 63 m² / about 678 sq ft). Nine units, laid out across an outdoor veranda, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with a king-size bed. Expect a private terrace, separate lounge/bedroom feel, air conditioning, minibar and a polished “boutique cabin” atmosphere with forest views as the backdrop.

Bangalô Super Luxo (about 77 m² / about 829 sq ft). Also described as nine units, with a similar veranda–lounge–bedroom layout, but the bathroom is a clear upgrade: a hydromassage bathtub plus double sinks and two showers are specifically mentioned. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with a king-size bed. This is the best choice for guests who care about a more indulgent bathroom experience but do not need the very large footprint of the top bungalows.

Bangalô Imperial Naipi (about 126 m² / about 1,356 sq ft). This is presented as the hotel’s highest-luxury bungalow, with space spread across balconies, living room, a dedicated spa area, bedroom and a large bathroom designed for two people to use comfortably at once. The signature feature is a private spa zone with a hydromassage tub and skylight, bringing in natural light and a strong indoor–outdoor feel. The bathroom set-up is explicitly “his-and-hers” friendly, with two toilets, two showers and two basins. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with a king-size bed.

Bangalô Imperial Tarobá (about 126 m² / about 1,356 sq ft). Very similar to Imperial Naipi in size and concept, including the dedicated spa area with hydromassage tub and skylight, and the dual bathroom configuration (two toilets, two showers, two basins). Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with a king-size bed. In practice, the choice between the two is likely to be about availability and exact positioning within the grounds rather than a meaningful difference in spec.

Suíte LAS (about 58 m² / about 624 sq ft). A unique and tied to the start of the hotel’s story, restored and positioned right in the “heart” of the property. It is set facing the infinity-edge pool and close to the spa and gym, and next to the Wine Bar, which makes it feel more central and convenient than the bungalows tucked deeper into the greenery. It is presented as a romantic option for honeymoons, with a veranda, lounge, bedroom and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, with a double/king bed.
