The Wind Conditions In Marmari
The North wind, called the Meltemi, blows on-shore, slightly from the right onto the sandy beaches in Maramri. The best wind seasons is May to October with the best period late June to September. The wind tends to be lighter in the morning before building for stronger afternoon conditions.
The predominant on shore wind direction makes it possible to ride the shoreline all the the way along the beach which is great fun. On strong wind days the wind creates some fun small waves to play in.

We take every booking personally. Anything that doesn’t look right, anything that needs chasing — we’re the ones awake worrying about it, so you’re not.
Your money goes into trust
Not into our bank account. It sits with an independent trustee and is only released after you have travelled. If we stopped trading tomorrow it would still be there, and it would come back to you.
We book it all, and then check it
Flights, transfers, the room you actually chose, your lessons. Confirmed before you fly, not arranged when you land. We don’t book the cheapest transfer — drivers who turn up and speak English.
We call you before you go
Documents, visas, kit, anything you’re unsure about. A real conversation with the person who booked it, not an automated reminder.
We’re on WhatsApp the whole time you’re away
Any hour, any country. Flight moved, room not right, lessons cancelled for weather — one number, answered by someone who already knows your booking.
Talk to a Kitesurf travel expert — not a call centre.
Tell us your dates, your level and what a perfect week looks like. We'll come back with a shortlist of spots with the right conditions and the right hotel — usually within one working day.
