The LUX Le Morne hotel is a 5* hotel that is a popular choice with young couples. Sheltered at the foot of rugged, majestic Le Morne, it’s only a few steps from bed to relaxing under a palm tree by the sea. Set on one of Mauritius’ most attractive lagoon-facing spots, this five-star hotel is celebrated for the spectacular sunsets. The resort has four pools, a tempting spa and chalets dotted around the tropical gardens. The hotel has an outstanding coffee bar which is a trade mark of the LUX hotels. For windsurfers and kitesurfers there is a 20-30 minute walk to the nearest kitesurf / windsurf beach.

Dining

Located at the foot of Mont Brabant, the colonial style buildings are surrounded by a charming tropical garden. An extravagant and relaxing atmosphere is created by the perfect harmony between soft colors and natural materials, which embodies the resort with a timeless elegance. The hotel is situated in front of a gorgeous beach (parasols and sunbeds are available) that is perfectly blocked from the winds, that makes it a pleasant location for the family members or non surfing guests.

The Kitchen (7:00am to 10:30am /12noon to 4pm/ 7pm to 10pm)

The Kitchen is LUX* Le Morne's main restaurant, offering culinary creations designed to delight and inspire. Watch the chefs at work through our show kitchens, feast on a lavishly prepared fresh buffet breakfast and join us for a sumptuous dinner complete with authentic local island entertainment.

The Beach (12pm to 3pm / 7pm to 10pm)

Inspired by the subtle yet satisfying flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, The Beach offers a mouth-watering menu infused with italian ingredients bursting with flavor. Located right on the beach, this light-hearted, healthy restaurant offers simple yet inspired dishes for lunch and dinner. Don't forget to try the famous pizza with the freshest and tastiest ingredients!

EAST (7pm to 10pm)

Savour a taste of Thailand as you gaze out over the beautiful lagoon. Sumptuous coconut milk curries with zesty lemongrass provide a perfect balance of flavours in this simple yet sophisticated setting. Signature restaurant East, is excluded from all meal plans, however, a 30% discount on the food bill is given to guests on Half Board and All Inclusive pension.

The Bar (10am to midnight)

Enjoy a delicious island-inspired snack or light meal under a shady veranda at The Bar. Lively background music transforms The Bar into a vibrant cocktail lounge at night.

Ilot and Oasis (11am to 6pm)

Enjoy a taste of island life without even having to get out of the water. Swim up to the bar for a refreshing cocktail, freshly squeezed fruit juice or tasty snack at the leisurely Ilot and Oasis.

Café LUX* (9am to Midnight)

Nothing beats a really great cup of coffee. That's why at LUX* they only serve their very own delicious Island Blend of certified green organic beans. Roasted on the island and prepared for you with passion by trained baristas, every cup of coffee served at our stylish Café LUX* is one to savour.

24-hour room service

Whether you'd like to enjoy a romantic breakfast for two, an intimate dinner on the beach or an exotic evening cocktail on the private terrace of your suite, the 24-hour room service is always at hand.

Superior Rooms (42m2)-Rooms: 64

There are also some thoughtful touches and facilities for families with little ones.

Classic Junior Suites (52m2)-Rooms: 10

The spacious Junior Suites are perfect for families, with ample room for two adults and a child. Sink into the embrace of a luxurious crisp bed overlooking your sun-dappled terrace and the fragrant gardens beyond. Step through an elegant entrance into the comfort and style of an Ocean Junior Suite. A stylish marble bathroom features a separate shower and luxuriously deep bathtub with gorgeous views through wooden shutters over the lagoon.
