This tour takes you to two of Italy's most famous, beautiful, and historically interesting cities. Finished with 5 nights in Sardinia for kitesurfing and windsurfing in the beautiful area of Porto Pollo.
This tour includes a train journey, which is a great way to travel through Italy, as it allows you to see even more of the countries beauty.

The itinerary
Venice
Fly from the UK to Venice, where you can stroll along the narrow alleyways, be serenaded on a gondola whilst exploring the miles of picturesque waterways, or just settle back with a drink, and take in the incredible atmosphere.
From the airport a private driver will greet you and take you to your hotel.
Florence
Leave Venice and travel by rail to Florence where you will spend three nights.
Whilst in Florence view masterpieces by great artists such as Botticelli and Leonardo da Vinci at the Uffizi Gallery. Explore the amazing palaces of Bargello and Pitti which were built for rich Florentine politicians and merchants, or relax in the impressive Giardino di Boboli, the Bargello's lavish gardens which were partly designed by Michelangelo.
Northern Sardinia
A transfer will pick you up from your hotel, and take you to the airport where you will fly to Sardinia.
Whilst in Porto Pollo we will have arranged a car, as it is required for getting to the windsurf/kitesurf area. We recommend staying at the lovely 3* Porto Pollo Apartments for convenience in reaching the windsurf/kitesurf area.

Sardinia is one of the most stunning islands in the Mediterranean. A hidden gem! For kitesurfers and non-kitesurfers alike you will find something here for everyone. With white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters as beautiful as the Caribbean, and only a short two hour flight away from the UK.
The kitesurfing beach at Porto Pollo is a small spot in a bay on the north coast of Sardinia, a short drive from the local harbour town of Pulau and around 40 minutes from Olbia airport. It is essential to have a car in Sardinia so all Planet Kitesurf Holidays come with pre-arranged car rental as part of your holiday arrangements.

If you are travelling to Sardinia between June and August please book early as there is very limited accommodation options and they tend to be fully booked quickly in peak season.
