A charming small property tucked away in a quiet location just a short stroll from the beach and Prea's super restaurants. A family-owned friendly small hotel with a nice pool in the well keep small garden and a roof terrace for yoga classes. The breakfast is very good, all homemade (even the bread and cakes).
The spacious rooms have a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and air conditioning.
For kitesurfers and wing foilers, we can arrange for storage of your equipment on at the centre on the beach, or arrange any lessons or rental.
This is a great place if you want to stay in Prea on a slightly lower budget and don't mind being set back a little from the beach.

Not into our bank account. It sits with an independent trustee and is only released after you have travelled. If we stopped trading tomorrow it would still be there, and it would come back to you.

Flights, transfers, the room you actually chose, your lessons. Confirmed before you fly, not arranged when you land. We don’t book the cheapest transfer — drivers who turn up and speak English.
We call you before you go
Documents, visas, kit, anything you’re unsure about. A real conversation with the person who booked it, not an automated reminder.
