Fuerteventura. Something resonated with me and I am so glad I followed my instinct and contacted them. From the initial contact, Marcus, Matt and the team have been incredibly quick and responsive and have provided excellent advice about where to travel to and when. Their recommendations for flights and hotel were perfect, and within a short period of time the most amazing holiday was booked for next year. I can honestly say that I will never even consider booking a kitesurfing holiday in any way other than through Planet Travel and I’ve already booked with them for next year.

and it’s great to be fully immersed in kiting with the other camp participants and ongoing discussions with Rob and Danny. It’s truly like no other kind of kite experience.
I stayed at both Dahkla Club and White Dune Canyon resorts.
Both places was nice enough. I will say that the staff at White Dune seemed to be more invigorated and engaged than at Dahla Club. The food at White Dune was a bit more extensive and had a bit higher quality.
Having said that, I could easily stay at either place again, no problem with either for a week.
All my airport and inter-hotel transfers when fine and the sports lockers at both spots worked well.

5 different restaurants to chose from. The kitesurfing spot was round the corner, about 5 mins by car but you would not even know it as the hotel is on this fabulous white sand beach with no wind!
The kitesurfing was super, we were looked after by the ION Club. My sons and I had individual lessons and we progress hugely. My husband, an experienced kitesurfer was impressed by the instructors. Again super friendly and helpful.
Back at the hotel we hired electric bikes which was fun and went exploring around the island.
This is the third holiday booked with Planet and I cannot recommend them enough. All three holidays have been different and very special. Thank you to the whole team, you are great.

Once again Planet Travel Holidays made life really easy. And we even tested their patience when we changed our mind at the last minute and asked to swap location. That was no issue and was all dealt with really quickly. Like the timea before, a really customer centric experience all round. were without exception, friendly, competent, and polite. The food was in a different world and the close proximity to the water, was as you described. A special shout out for Ayob and Abdul from the Kite school who went out of their way to assist. We rented a 15m Core and bar on a light wind morning, and used their lockers to store all our kite gear. Fantastic experience using plant travel for our kitesurfing holiday to the Movenpick in Egypt. Matt was very knowledgeable in helping us plan a holiday that suited our needs. Thanks to Melissa everything was arranged for us and we were refugularly updated about any changes to the flights, hotel, transfers and kiteboarding sessions. The kitesurfing was great and we would definitely recommend using the company again.

We have used Matt Mockford at Planet Travel to book two holidays to Egypt. Both times, his responses have been super quick, the information has been full and reliable, and his knowledge of the best kitesurfing spots is second to none. On top of all that, the quotes he is able to obtain always seem to be the best - even comparing with bucket shops or airlines/hotels directly.

Booking with planetkite has been great. Matt has been very helpful and made time to speak to us on the phone even with us living in New Zealand. Competitive pricing, quick responses and some nice add Ons that you might not get elsewhere.

Although I'm an experienced kite surfer, Planet Travel listened to what I was trying to achieve and helped guide me along the way. They took the time to go through lots of options and came up with some really good options, without pressuring me into a decision. Previously, I've done my own research, which can be very time consuming but Planet Travel took away a lot of that stress and hassle. We're really looking forward to our trip!

equipment - everything - very knowledgeable. Prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be a returning customer. We were a family of three - mixed levels ( from beginner to advanced ) and went to Cap Verde in January and the Organization and holiday and kiting was excellent
So why not 5* ?
A couple of small things to improve :
- equipment insurance is available but wasn’t discussed / offered as an option - we learned the expensive way after damaging a board on the rocks that our rental didn’t include insurance . Will definitely request next time
- all the passengers on the plane had ‘e-Visas’ automatically booked by TUI - except us . Manual visa process worked but meant lots of queuing on arrival . This information and steps to take wasn’t obvious in the documentation given in advance .
- the organised return transfer which was booked took us to the airport 4 hours before take off ( it had the wrong flight time on the transfer slip ) - 2 or 3 would have been sufficient but since it was 4 we lost out on half day kiting .
- on advice from planet Kitesurf we opted for the upgraded rooms at extra cost. However only had hot water for half of the showers - fortunately the cold wasn’t too cold
So - overall - excellent - would highly recommend but this one didn’t quite merit the 5* rating - hopefully the next one will :)

Travel is a fantastic agent, everything is seamless. Matt and the team are great. They have visited these places themselves so they have all the inside knowledge to tailor your trip to what you are looking for. I've been booking with them for years and they've never failed to deliver!

Let’s start with the important stuff. We spent 2 weeks at the JW Marriott Mauritius in September. It was heaven. The wind blew everyday and the kite lagoon goes on for miles.
The hotel is fab and located in a wind shadow so you have the best of all worlds and prefect conditions on your doorstep.

They have ACTUALLY been on every spot they advice (I have even met one travel adviser at one destination) and are honest about all the how and abouts of the destination. And so far, everything they said, has been confirmed when we arrived.
They answer mail and telephone quickly, and are not rushing you into anything. I am of the personality that I cannot make up my mind, and I am a perfektionist which could lead to frustration....but not with planet Travel. When I am in doubt, they say straight forward what they think is the best.
They are honest in whether we should book certain parts through them or better ourself when that is cheaper. They know all about the kite conditions, diving areas, kid activitys and restaurants to visit. And are up to date with COVID19 travel restrictions and so on.
