The Kite Villa is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast located among vineyards and olive trees, about 15 minutes from a popular kite spot and the town of Marsala. Marsala is a charming town with many restaurants and shops. The nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes away, and a great ice cream parlour is just 5 minutes away.

The villa has six unique rooms in a renovated old building decorated with antique furniture and Sicilian tiles. There are four double rooms, a small single room, and an apartment with its own kitchen and terrace. The old barn has been converted into stylish, modern rooms on two floors, offering seven new rooms: one triple, five doubles, and one single room. These rooms have views of the vineyards.

The old villa and the converted barn have a special charm and a strong Italian feel. Every morning, guests enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the original building, and there are regular community evenings in the courtyard, like BBQs and Sicilian buffet nights. The host, Salvatore, also offers wine tastings.

Guests can relax in hammocks in the courtyard, on the roof terrace, or by the fireplace in the living room. You can see the nearby lagoon from the roof terrace, just 400 meters away. Villa Vajarassa is full of charm and a great place to enjoy the Italian countryside.
