The property is set in one of the best locations in Cumbuco, at the very far Northern end of the main beach, closest to the training lagoon, and with lots of space at the huge beach area here. Being a Dutch-managed property, you will also find more European clients staying here, as opposed to the other properties that have mostly Brazilian or South American clients. The hotel has recently renovated most of the rooms, and added air conditioning, that was previously missing. The hotel has a great atmosphere, so it is particularly good for solo European travellers looking for a well-managed friendly and social spot, away from the sometimes noisy parts of Cumbuco, especially at the weekends or during Brazilian holidays. This is also a good option for families as there are some great Duplex quad rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. 

Cumbuco has some great places to eat out, which are just a short stroll from the hotel. There is a great kitesurf school integrated into the hotel, offering the best kitesurf rental and lesson service in Cumbuco. There is also a nice Spa area for massage. 

Double or Twin Deluxe Room - stunning view of the ocean, located on the ground floor with air conditioning. On the veranda you can relax in a hammock, overlooking the ocean, the pool and the garden. The private bathroom has a hot shower, a toilet, towels and free toiletries. The room size is 26 square meters and the maximum capacity is 2 people.

Double or Twin Deluxe Superior - as above but first floor, so best ocean views.

Cabana Deluxe - the perfect room for romantic couples. Larger than the other double rooms and more private, it’s a separate cabin in the garden. The Cabana Deluxe Room is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, a safe, a mini fridge and air-conditioning. On the private veranda, you can relax in a hammock, overlooking the ocean, the pool and the garden. The bathroom has a hot shower, a toilet, towels and free toiletries. The room size is 36 square meters and the maximum capacity is 2 people.

Cabana Deluxe Superior -  as above but first floor, so best ocean views.

Quadruple Duplex (no a/c) - The room has ocean views located on the first floor. It has one double and two single beds above via stairs - a fan but no a/c. As the room is built on the wind, it has natural ventilation. The two single beds are placed on a mezzanine, especially good for children. On the veranda you can relax in a hammock, overlooking the ocean, the pool and the garden. The private bathroom has a hot shower, a toilet, towels and free toiletries. The room size is 55 square meters and the maximum capacity is 4 people.

Quadruple Deluxe Duplex (with a/c) - as above but first floor, so best ocean views, and with air conditioning.
