Brand new for June 2026, the Lodge is an exceptional new beachfront property in Icaraizinho and one of the most exciting new properties we have seen in this part of Brazil. It combines contemporary design, spacious apartment-style accommodation and one of the best locations on the bay. The design is modern and understated, with natural materials, open spaces and large windows that make the most of the tropical gardens, ocean views and cooling coastal breeze. Everything feels fresh, beautifully finished and carefully considered, while the atmosphere remains relaxed.

It offers a rare combination of high-quality accommodation, excellent facilities and a genuinely outstanding beachfront location. The apartments are far larger than standard hotel rooms, making them particularly suitable for families, groups and guests planning a longer kitesurfing or wingfoiling holiday.

For kitesurfers and wingfoilers, the location is difficult to beat. The Lodge occupies what we consider the best section of the bay, with direct access to the main kitesurfing and wingfoiling area. Guests can walk directly from the gardens onto the beach and launch without needing daily transfers or carrying equipment around the village. The new on-site watersports centre and premium CORE equipment rental remove much of the usual inconvenience associated with a watersports trip. Guests can stay directly beside the launch area, leave their equipment at the beach centre and be on the water within minutes.

The restaurant uses fresh local ingredients, seafood and regional flavours, with daily breakfast included. Special dietary requirements can normally be accommodated with advance notice.

The Lodge offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments plus substantial private villas. All accommodation is air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, bathroom amenities, a hot-water shower, an equipped kitchen, living and dining space and a furnished balcony or terrace.

The family two bedroom apartments offer approximately 78.6 square metres of living space and is an excellent option for families. Each flat has two bedrooms, including a main bedroom that can normally be prepared with a king-size bed or twin beds. The second bedroom includes additional sleeping arrangements suitable for children or other family members. The open-plan living area connects with an equipped kitchen, dining space and a large balcony overlooking the gardens. The Garden Flat accommodates up to six guests.

The 3 bedroom Villa is the Lodge’s largest and most exclusive accommodation, offering approximately 256.6 square metres of internal and external living space.

Each villa has three private bedroom suites, generous indoor and outdoor living areas and its own private swimming pool. Large windows and open-plan spaces connect the villa with the gardens and surrounding landscape, making this an excellent choice for families or groups of friends wanting plenty of privacy.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests.
