Mercure Resort Sanur has 189 guest rooms located in 41 traditional style cottages with thatched-roofs surrounded by 5 hectares of tropical gardens. Only 20 minutes away from Ngurah Rai airport, Mercure Resort Sanur is conveniently located on one of Bali’s most beautiful beaches with calm, clear water and towering palm trees.

With a total of 189 guest rooms divided into 41 traditional style, 2 storey cottages set in a tranquil environment, surrounded by tropical flora, our guests rooms are designed to meet all your requirements. Each room has its own private balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens.  

Superior
Superior rooms are located on the first or second floors in our cottages. 32-square metres, these rooms provide a comfortable base for your holiday. Each room has its own private balcony or terrace overlooking the tropical gardens.

Deluxe
Our deluxe rooms are 42 square meters with a modern interious design. Each room has its own private balcony or terrace overlooking the tropical gardens. A sofa bed is provided to accommodate an extra person. Two of our deluxe rooms are suitable for wheelchair access. These rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes and a 32″ flat screen television.

Deluxe Family
There are 3 special family rooms available. 84-square metres, each room is equipped to accommodate the family’s needs. The children’s area, with its own bathroom, has bunk beds tucked away in a corner while parents can enjoy their own private area.

De Lounge
This unique lounge is specifically designed for guests who want to stay in the hotel after check out time at 12.00pm. Equipped with a 42-inch LCD TV, pool table and a small library, our guests can entertain themselves freely in De Lounge itself, or continue using other hotel facilities for free until the time they have to depart. Separate shower rooms and lockers are available. The hotel concierge will be happy to store your luggage.

Shuttle Service
A complimentary drop and pick-up shuttle service is available for our guests from the hotel to the local shopping area. The shuttle leaves from the hotel every hour from 09.00-17.30.

Kids Club
Various activities and games are organised for children aged between 3 and 12 years old at our Kids Club. Children under three years old may also attend if accompanied by an adult.
The hotel also offers a baby-sitting service at the cost of US$ 6 net per hour per child with minimum 2 hours. Advance booking is required for this service.
To leave your kids under the supervision of our Kids Club staff, the following three packages are available:
1.    Full-day rate (8 hours) Rp. 90,000 net per child
2.    Half-day rate (4 hours) Rp. 60,000 net per child
3.    One-hour rate Rp. 20,000 net per child

Swimming Pools
The Mercure Resort Sanur has two swimming pools.
Nakula pool is overlooking the ocean, located next to Pandawa restaurant.
Sahadewa pool is a large sized pool which has its own kids pool and is located next to the kids club.

Mercure Resort Sanur’s restaurant is overlooking the ocean allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze while dining with us. There is also a bar on the beach and a poolside bar perfect to sip cocktails or indulge in a tasty snack. Our unique departure lounge is for those guests who do not need to leave the hotel until after our check out time. So you can continue to enjoy the hotel facilities knowing that you are able to shower and change before your journey home.

Spa Mercure Resort Sanur

The Spa at Mercure Resort Sanur has two unique open air areas and 7 indoor treatment rooms where guests are pampered and indulged. Traditional massages, foot reflexology, shoulder massage and aromatherapy massage are popular with our guests. A couple can have body treatments at the same time in the same room.

The salon is also available where our guests can enjoy hair treatments from blow dry to hair spa, manicure and pedicure, and both tradition and aromatherapy facials. Advance reservation is required for the hair cut service.
