Carrimbanca Restaurant

Restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Sardinian cuisine: rich buffets of typical cured meats and cheeses, land-based appetizers, traditional first courses such as ciusoni, Gallura soup or sweet seadas. Spit-roasted meat from the uncontaminated pastures of Gallura, including the famous suckling pig, grilled before your eyes following the traditional procedure. At the Le Dune Resort it is not possible to make payments with cash. Payments are made only with a prepaid card (rechargeable at various points in the resort) which is given to reception and the unused amount of which is refunded upon departure. The card can be topped up with cash, debit card or credit card.
