Overview

The historical building of Hostal Empuries has 34 charming rooms redecorated with a taste for simplicity. These rooms bring guests back to the legendary and touching spirit of the past. In front of the Spa garden, there are 20 spacious and modern rooms built with sustainable materials.
The hotel keeps alive the spirit of its beginnings with new warm and useful interiors. White, grey and brown tones combine well with both the sky and sea blue that comes in through the window. The materials choice is based on values such as sustainability and solidarity.
In the rooms, floors, both shower and bath walls have been lined with old hydraulic mosaics, preserving the spirit of an old beach hotel but with comfortable updated facilities.

Accommodation

At Hostal Empuries, attention is paid even to the smallest detail to make guests feel at home. Every room has a flat-screen TV, a phone, air conditioning and heating, a strongbox, a hairdryer, amenities and a minibar.
Customers can choose among eight room types, depending on the view (sea or garden), the terrace availability and the size (double, triple or quadruple family room). A suite is available as well.

Hostal Empúries offers a gastronomic selection that is adapted to every season of the year. to the different customers’ needs and to its environment and philosophy. The hotel is committed to quality and cooking with organic products, most of which are own-produced or produced by local producers who work at vegetable gardens or fields that have the seal of organic farming.

From the informality of Bistró del Mar, to the cosiness and refinement of Villa Teresita, all the way to the terrace breeze and the lightness of the beach bar. Four spaces, with different aspects but with a common thread: a seafront eco-Mediterranean cuisine. 

Spa

In the very heart of Costa Brava, the spa offers a relax and wellness space where both body and mind can get away and recharge their batteries. The gym (with sea view), the water zone and the treatment rooms are part of the spa. The spa is provided with high-tech equipment, both for guests and visitors.
