Pacasmayo is all about the waves, this is a great place for confident kitesurfers to try waves for the first time. The centre hsa a good range of kitesurf surf boards, with or without straps. Wave riding instruction id on e private one to one basis.

There is very limited kite rental here so you will need to bring your own equipment. There is a good repair service availble via the kitesurf school.
